By downloading, installing, or using the Futebolize app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms described here, do not use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service Description

Futebolize is a digital platform designed to organize amateur soccer matches. The App offers features such as:

• Team creation and management
• Match and sports event scheduling
• Game statistics tracking and recording
• Player and lineup management
• Match notifications and reminders
• Communication between team members

3. Registration and User Account

To use the App, you must create an account providing true, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access credentials
• All activities carried out under your account
• Immediately notifying any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date

4. Usage Rules

When using Futebolize, you agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Post offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to access restricted areas or compromise system security
• Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for content you publish in the App, including team names, photos, comments, and any other information. By publishing content, you grant Futebolize a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content within the App for the proper functioning of the services offered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code, and software, is the property of Futebolize or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior express authorization is prohibited.

7. Service Availability

Futebolize strives to keep the App available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may cause temporary unavailability without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Futebolize is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if there is a violation of these Terms of Use or conduct we deem harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

Futebolize may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
